What does the Lipo-Mino shot do?
The Lipo-Mino shot has six active ingredients in it. Pyridoxine (B6), which promotes red blood cell production and converts food into energy. Methionine helps break down sugars and carbohydrates and convert them to energy. Inositol converts food into energy. Choline assists in healthy nerve cells, cuts muscle recovery time, and helps convert fat into energy. Cyanocobalamin enhances energy and promotes the health of nerve cells. Thiamine (B1) improves the immune system and helps convert fat and carbohydrates into energy. Riboflavin (B2) increases your metabolism and supports the immune system.
The formula is then completed by adding ingredients to reduce appetite, build muscle, and promote a healthy immune system.
What does B12 do?
Most people get enough B12 in their diet, but certain conditions such as intestinal or stomach issues, poor nutrition, cancer, HIV, pregnancy, old age, veganism, and alcohol can cause vitamin B12 deficiency. Low levels of vitamin B12 can lead to fatigue and anemia in milder cases. More serious symptoms include, but are not limited to, tinnitus, severe joint pain, memory problems, depression, anxiety, poor muscle function, ataxia, and changes in reflexes. Infertility can also occur in individuals with insufficient B12. Early intervention and treatment of B12 deficiencies are key to maintaining healthy bodily function.
What is the difference between microneedling by a medical provider or my esthetician? Why does your microneedling cost more?
There are two types of microneedling: cosmetic, which is offered by your esthetician, and medical, which is offered by a medical provider. Cosmetics are microneedling at a depth of 0.3mm or less. This will help give a topical refresh to your skin, and your skin will look glowy and smooth! Medical microneedling has a depth greater than 0.3mm. This deeper depth will help with scarring, pigmentation, firming, and collagen production. This is what we offer at Tranquility Aesthetics and Wellness PLLC, which has one of the few FDA-approved microneedling pens on the market. This pen has many one-time-only used heads with safety mechanisms that ensure cleanliness and help protect you from pathogens transmitted from one client to the next. Safety for the client is our number one priority, and we use the best products to ensure the best results.

How well does semaglutide work? Low-dose Semaglutide (1mg) once weekly resulted in an average of 11-pound weight loss in 12 weeks.
A recent 20-week phase II trial investigated the effects of subcutaneous administration of semaglutide on gastric emptying, appetite, and energy intake in patients. Patients receiving seamglutide 2.4mg in this trial lost 9.9% of their body weight, compared with 0.4% in those receiving placebo.
How does semaglutide work? Semaglutide mimics the effect of "feeling full," resulting in decreased caloric intake. Semaglutide delays gastric emptying by reducing glucagon secretion in a glucose-dependent manner. The delay in gastric emptying can reduce appetite, improve control of eating, and reduce food cravings.
Does semaglutide have side effects? The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness (fatigue), upset stomach, dizziness, bloating, belching, gas, stomach flu, and heartburn.
Contraindications: Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or in patients with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2) or people who suffer from gastroparesis and stomach ulcers.
