Medically Assisted Weight Loss

Our medically assisted weight loss program includes weekly semaglutide shots and weigh-ins. The program starts with a $50 consultation fee and $50 per week for the first four weeks, followed by $75 per week thereafter. Please note, the cost of blood work is not included.
